As a Union County, North Carolina native, I know almost every area and community in the Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and Union County areas of this beautiful State. I grew up in Union County, NC, and have lived in Charlotte for 12 years, then Matthews for 4 years, and now in the Waxhaw/Marvin area since 1999.

My reputation as a knowledgeable, ethical, and caring Realtor® is well known South Charlotte and Union County areas which I specialize in, as witnessed by the fact that most of my clients become friends and the majority of my business is from referrals, from first-time buyers to move-up, down-sizing, over 55 communities, to the rural areas and beautiful homes and farms of Waxhaw, Marvin, and Weddington. There is something for everyone right here. Travel to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in 2 hours, or if you prefer, the beautiful beaches of North and South Carolina are only 3 -4 hours away.
