About Aundrea Dejonge

Originally from Hillsborough, New Jersey, Aundrea has been living in the Charlotte area since 2001 and considers the South to be her home – thoroughly and happily her home! She graduated from Stockton University, where she played soccer and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Her career in the pharmaceutical industry led her, first, to Atlanta and later to Charlotte, where she has been ever since.

Aundrea’s love of real estate and design evolved in a way that so many true passions are “discovered.” What begins as something of a hobby is gradually illuminated as a perfect match for hidden talents and dreams. Along with her husband, Doug, home remodeling became an increasingly steady interest, sometimes just taking drives around town, imagination-fueling lights started coming on in their minds. When both sets of parents became ready to re-locate to the Charlotte area – one in pursuit of finding the perfect “dream home,” the other in pursuit of building one from the ground up, the process kicked into motion and led to Aundrea’s pursuit of her real estate license!

Acknowledging that changing homes is, at once, among life’s most exciting, and yet, stressful experiences, Aundrea brings to the process her natural qualities – a thirst for knowledge, attention to details, deep capacity for understanding, and, above all, honesty. Her clients know that they can rely on her skill and trustworthiness as their Realtor®. Aundrea takes pride in the quality of relationships she builds with clients over the quantity of transactions, always keeping in focus the added value she brings to each client – investor or re-location client or local mover-up or down-sizer – everyone receives her full attention!

Work-life balance is important to Aundrea, as she and her husband raise their two school-age children. She has developed many long-standing friendships through youth soccer coaching, volunteer work at teen pregnancy centers, working with the marriage ministry, and event planning at their church. She even finds time for her hobbies which include participating in a 35+ women’s soccer league, tending to the family’s chickens, and doing renovations to their personal home.
